These Terms govern your use of the Innate iPhone app (“the app”), developed by Vladyslav Prykhodko (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (the “Usage Rules”). This license does not transfer ownership of the app to you.
2. What the app does
Innate takes the birth details you enter, sends them once to our backend to calculate your Human Design Bodygraph, and then caches the chart and its written interpretations on your device so you can read them offline. It lets you save other people’s charts, generate an AI synthesis and relationship readings, view daily transits, and keep a decision journal. The chart is generated from the data you provide; accuracy depends on the accuracy of your birth date, time, and place.
3. Not a medical or fortune-telling app
Innate is a self-knowledge and decision-making tool — comparable to a personality framework such as MBTI or the Enneagram. It does not predict the future, and it is not a medical, psychological, financial, or professional advisory service. Nothing in the app is advice of that kind. Human Design is a self-reflection system, not science; the readings are for personal insight and entertainment-free reflection, and you remain responsible for your own decisions. If you are dealing with a medical or mental-health concern, consult a qualified professional.
4. Your content and your responsibility
The birth details, saved people, notes, and journal entries you enter are yours. Your birth details are sent to our backend only to compute your chart (see the Privacy Policy); your saved people, notes, and journal stay private to you. You are responsible for the information you enter — including for having a reasonable basis to save another person’s birth details — and for following the laws that apply to you.
5. Free tier and subscription
Innate offers a genuinely useful free tier and an optional Innate subscription (auto-renewable, monthly or annual, with a 7-day free trial on the annual plan) that unlocks the AI synthesis, the full depth of the readings, full daily transits, relationship readings, and journal history.
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms. One price unlocks the whole app — there is no second paywall behind the first. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled; the full terms, prices, trial, and cancellation steps are on the Subscriptions page. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us, under Apple’s refund policy. Purchases can be restored on your devices using the same Apple ID via Restore Purchase. If your subscription lapses, access to the paid features and their cached content is removed and the app reverts to the free tier.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the app to break the law, to infringe other people’s rights, or to attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse it beyond what the Usage Rules allow.
7. No warranty
The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the readings will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
9. Apple
Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price, where applicable; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version is always posted at this URL, with the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
