Support

Need a hand with Snoria? Email support@vprkh.dev and tell me what happened. Snoria is made by one person, so replies usually come within a couple of days. Including your iPhone model, your iOS version, and the steps that led to the problem helps me sort it out faster.

Did a night not record or score correctly? Snoria keeps a small on-device diagnostic log (no audio). In the app, go to Settings ▸ Help & Support ▸ “Share logs with support” and send it along — that’s usually enough to pin down what went wrong.

Common questions

How do I record a night?

Plug your iPhone in, place it on the nightstand (face-down is fine), and tap start. Snoria keeps recording with the screen locked, so you can put the phone down and sleep.

Does it work offline / is anything uploaded?

It runs entirely on your device, and your audio is never uploaded. There’s no account and no server. See the privacy policy.

My Snore Score seems too high — it counted the fan / TV / my partner.

Open the night, go to the clips, and tap “not snoring” on anything that isn’t you. The score recalculates from what’s left. This is the honest-accuracy feature, and it’s in the free tier.

Where are my recordings stored? Can I delete them?

On your device. Snoria keeps only short clips of the loud moments, trimmed by your retention setting. Settings ▸ Delete all recordings wipes your nights and their audio, and deleting the app removes everything.

A night recorded but showed no snoring.

Make sure the microphone permission is granted and, on iOS 18 and later, that Snoria is allowed to run in the background. If it keeps happening, send a diagnostic log (above) so I can look.

Is Snoria a medical / sleep-apnea app?

No. Snoria is a consumer recorder and insights app — it does not diagnose sleep apnea or any condition. If you’re worried about your sleep or breathing, see a doctor.

What’s free, and what’s in Pro?

Free covers the core every night: record, your Snore Score, one-tap curation, and last night’s clips. Pro adds trends, the “what helps you” insights, the full clip library, the partner report, and iCloud sync. Details on the subscription page.

How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

Open Snoria, go to the paywall or Settings, and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with.

How do I cancel the subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings ▸ [your name] ▸ Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the current period ends. More detail is on the subscription page.
